MULTIPLE HORSE LIVERY

We offer a fantastic livery facility catering for the multiple horse owner wanting great facilities and their own space. We have 5 different yards offering your own stables in your own space.
The Brick Yard is a gated yard with 6 large traditional brick built stables with it's own feed and tack room.
The Middle Barn is a large old piggery barn which we have stripped out and fitted 6 new Easten Equestrian internal stables. This has made a lovely airy totally enclosed yard. It has a seperate Tack/Feed room.
The Weather Vane Yard is a lovely old shiplap stable block of 3 generous sized stables with a slate roof and rubber matting. It has it's own Feed/Tack room.
The Hedgerow Yard is a block of 4 wooden stables with it's own feed/Tack room.
The Garden Yard is a brand new pair of wooden stables in the position of the old dog kennels.

What's Included - Field with field shelter, Ad lib hay/haylage when needed, basic hard feed, Rugs changed as needed, rug washing as needed. Grooming including footcare and all grooming products, Twice daily checks.

Holding for vet/farrier/dentist/physio as needed. Worming programme including worm counts. Excellent field management including all poo picking, harrowing, fence and land management as required. Field rotation as part of our land management. Stable available if needed.

Detailed records kept and Monthly "Report Card".

Winter Retirement Livery

What's Included - Stabling overnight with Ad lib hay/haylage, Basic hard feed and bedding. Daytime grazing (weather and ground conditions permitting) in a field with field shelter, Ad lib hay/haylage when needed, basic hard feed, Rugs changed as needed, rug washing as needed. Grooming including footcare and all grooming products, Twice daily checks.

Lunging and Horse walker sessions are available as extras on managed days.

CONVALESCENT LIVERY

We accept a very limited number of convalescent cases. This is to ensure that we can give your horse the full attention they deserve. It may be that your horse has damaged a tendon and needs a year off to recover. We can help every step of the way from providing box rest right through to starting walk work if needed. We have plenty of experience of working with horses that require long term management. Our eventing background has proved us with a wealth of experience in this department. We work closely with the vet to ensure that we are offering the right care at the right time. We can offer you the peace of mind knowing your horse is being well cared for while recovering.
